Dey-Innovations Limited is a dynamic company with a vision and goal to bring a higher standard of service delivery and quality satisfaction to a client focused industry

Dey-Innovations Limited is a registered company and licensed by the Ghana Fire Service to provide risk assessment, as well as facilities management and construction project management consultancy services, located at Asylum Down, Accra. The team is made up of consultants with varied experience and qualification in various sectors that helps to form a unison whirl pull of knowledge which is drawn upon in achieving the required results to meet client’s expectations and specific need. Due to the varied background of each of the consultants at  Dey-Innovations Limited, and the drive for excellence that forms the bedrock of the company, Dey-Innovations Limited sees each client as an individuals with unique inquiries and it is only through having a progressive discussion that we are able to fully understand the needs of the client and how best to meet those needs. 
 

Dey-Innovations Limited aims to become the leading consultancy firm in the fields of facilities management, project management and risk consultancy. To achieve this, the company is tailored to base results on customer satisfaction as a measure and yardstick for defining project success. At the end of each project we undertake feed back from the client, the response forms the defining loop in subsequent projects. Dey-Innovations Limited, aims to follow a Total Quality Management philosophy with a guide line from ISO 9001 in carrying out all its activities and objectives.

 

 

A continuous audit trail and stakeholder feedback session would be established on all projects from feasibility all the way through to the final completion of each project. This is to ensure the end result and the initial concept is in alignment, as well as helping to reduce the risk of variation changes and increase in client expenditure. Where possible value engineering would always be undertaken to provide the client with the best possible option to adopt in his/her best interest.
